Am I to understand that your liftgate is locked and you can't unlock it? If that is the case, I doubt it is a fuse. In replacing the motor, you may have disconnected the wire that controls the lock. Does the window lock and unlock?

I don't know where switch is for lock, manual lock works but electric lock will not open
