Recently bought honda civic in July 2016 now realized fan and heater do not work ? so misting up inside :( could it be a simple blown fuse ?

bought honda civic in july now sept realized no fan or heater in car so
windows misting up and car is freezing cold .. no fan to de mist and no heat
for me ... hoping it could be a fuse blown under bonnet

Make sure the heater core has not been bypassed first. if it has it may have been bypassed because it leaked. If it has not been bypassed then yes look at all fuses under hood & dash. If they are all good look at blower motor relay & resister and blower, then climate control switches.

Have you not turned on the fan for a/c yet? Also if heat is o.k. and its just blower motor, you should be able to put the switch to vent and temp switch to heat and feel something coming out.
