I recently got a 1999 civic ex and niether windows work the fan blower dosnt wotk either is it possible rhat these are connected.

Just got th car .and niether power windows work and the a/c
hater, fan osnt ork either havnt found any blow  fuses is it
possible these things are related to a single issue.

I know this sounds dumb but i recently bought a 99 ex and had the same issues. With mine there was a wire under the passanger side dash that had seperated and that was why the fanwasnt working. Ok the windows mine too were not working on the drivers side pull the up down controls up out of arm rest mine were unplugged. I know it sounds dumb but alot of times its easy to overlook the obvious i sure did. Hope it helps.
