my drivers side seatbelt won't engage.

Seat buckle will go in but comes out with any body movement.  I don't hear a click when I put buckle in.

You'll need a new seat belt. The pedulem is broken in the belts retractor and you can't replace them they are not ment to be opened by anyone per federal law.
