won't roll up, is there any chance it could be a simple fix, like a fuse?

There is no one fuse which is designated to protect a specific window. If one window is failing to operate and the others are working then you probably are experiencing a problem in the individual electric window motor. You may try a simple fix, however by taking a 19mm (or larger) open end wrench and tapping on the motor several times and see if that corrects the problem.
