I have a 2003 Honda Accord checked all fuses those are
fine replaced the motor and regulator and hear clicking so
it has power but won't go up and down still? 2003 Honda
Accord v6 ex

It might get corrosion on cable of window motor so it doesn`t get enough electricity operate the motor. You should check cables...
