what are you asking? if you should get those things? if so research some independent studies on these for power gains. ive found K&N usually isnt the best bang for the buck for cold air intakes. just google to get results. DO NOT go by the advertised power gains from the company. they lie. big time

If you want to go with a exhaust you should get headers back i.e Kook long tubes with there y-pipe is good. As for the intake get an SLP air lid with the K&N or a high flow filter. Try www.DRIsales.com they have a lot of good stuff there .
