IS THAT THE ONLY THING I SHOULD CHECK IS THE DOOR ACTUATOR? EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMS TO BE WORKING WELL. BOTH HEATER HOSES ARE HOT BUT I DONT THINK HOT ENOUGH

I think that you mean blend door actuator. The heater core could be plugged. Have you looked at the cabin air filter?

Flush the heater core. Just tried everything on mine (thermostat, water pump, blend door, etc.). You need to back flush the heter core, probably several times. Mine is hot as ever now after 2 years of no heat.

Thermostat could be stuck and water no getting hot enough. What does temp gauge show after driving for a long time? Is it normal? Front actuator and door make the most sense.
