my 1996 accord wont rev past, anybody got any idea why this is happening

is your cat cloged? this is true if it sputters and will not rev past 3000. quit useing keorisine (sp) base boosters like outlaw, 104, nos and such. you have a 8.5:1 compression.

you can remove the limiter if you really want to... i did on mine for a little while. but kinda pointless
