I'll be honest I gotta hold my judgment on it. Nissan has done a good job letting me down lately though so my expectations aren't high. The handful of 350s and the two g35's I've driven have made me feel like a virgin trying to get his first bra off trying to find 3rd(when shifting quickly at least)... That's down right pathetic considering at the time I was driving a 30 yr old 914 and had no problem hammering thru a side shift 901 tranny. Perhaps all the cars I drove were just damaged, in which case reliability is an issue(possible considering what coming out of the woodwork on the GTR). Hopefully they are useing the 370 as a chance to iron the kinks out. Either way I'll drive one at some point and decide on it then, but Nissan is one of vary few companies I'm wary of when it comes to performance vehicles... (Granted I have to be honest the 350s and g35s I drove were all from the first couple model years and it's possible that changes were made)

Wish I could say I did, but I don't have near enough driving experience. cone AX's and a few short track events don't even scratch the surface. I know what works for me though and Nissan's recent stuff just hasn't done it for me. I like momentum cars and how they drive, and clean shifts and stable balance are a necessity. If you want to know what works for you, I recommend getting involved in local car clubs. Every major city has cone AX events regularly in the warmer months. Get to know the people there and they'll usually let you try there setup. Import guys are big at these events so I'd expect you'll see a 370 before too long. (Generally slightly older cars but newer cars make it out fairly regularly) (Many require very little in the way of safety equipment, a helmet and a fire extinguisher were all I needed...) If you have anymore questions feel free to message me...

I think it is a killer of a car. The Nissan 370 Z is also called as Fair-lady Z in Japanese markets. http://nissan370z.net/
