Question type: General

Hi,
The top on my 370z Roadster broke (cast iron hinge).
Nissan wants 22K to replace the whole top.
What can I do?

Go to an independent top shop, check junk yards etc. I suspect that a new part could be fabricated for a small fraction of that cost.

No, they don't actually want that much. They just don't want to deal with it so they are going to quote you a fortune. Join a 370z owners group on Facebook and describe your issue in a detailed post. Someone will have the answer you're looking for.
