95 5th Gen honda civic 1.6 , engine shut down?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Engine shut off while driving, car turns over
but will not crank ,starter sounds funny. No
oil in water or vise versa. No engine light.
Full battery all instruments light up.

It's also possible that your timing belt broke since you said you were driving and it stopped.
