a light in the dash says fuel reset how do i turn it off the pump is NOT OFF?

the fuel pump is on and working fine but a light in the dash says reset fuel?? what does ti want??

That sounds like the distance to empty calculation reset asking if you want to start it's calculation over. Either push and hold the button to reset it or push and release to get past the message.
