Check the wiring harness rubber plug between the engine compartment and the passenger compartment on the left side. Check if the rubber plug is secured in place. If water gets passed this plug and into the passenger compartment, there could be moisture in the PCM or the electrical terminals on the PCM could be coroded. The Fiesta came with the Flair, I don't know anout the Ikon. In South Africa these vehicles had a Bosch PCM.
