CONFUSED BLONDE! Overheating 91’ 2.4L Honda Accord!

Hi I have a 91 accord 2.4L wagon DOHC.
Unfortunately I’m having the exact same
issue as Martinez. The fan won’t turn on
around city. On the freeway it doesn’t
overheat, with a reasonable amount speed it
stays cool enough apparently? So, I just
changed the radiator cap and the fuse. My
new fuse blew right away & the car
overheated-but it took a lot longer this time
than previously.

Apparently your cooling fans are not working. I don't know which fuse you are referring to but you need to find the problem and fix it.
