2010 kia forte sudden acceleration caused my friends 21yr. Old daughter. Shouldn't this vehicle be recalled before there are more deaths?mx

There has not been a recall of this nature, they will not be a recall of this vehicle until there are more of the same issue. http://www.cars.com/recalls/kia/forte/2010/
