2005 Hyundai Accent slipping gears

My 2005 Hyundai Accent sounds strained when I accelerate. When I drive, I
think it slips gears. If I tap the gas, it sounds like it's in neutral. It only happens
one time per drive. I got the transmission flushed recently.

Any idea what the problem could be?

You can try adding some Lucas Transmission Stop Slip to transmission may or may not help but it is worth a try.
