Remove the rugs from the second row of your Enclave. Doing so will reveal the latched battery compartment on the passenger side of your vehicle. Unlatch the battery compartment lid.

Hello arenalex , The battery is located beneath the floor behind the front passenger seat. The Jump-start positive and negative posts are located under the hood on the passenger’s side of the vehicle. Please see Vehicle Care in your Owner's Manual. Vanessa GM Customer Service

I checked in the Vehicle Care in my owners manual for my 2010 Enclave and did not find anything in it to help me locate the battery location. I checked in the index for "battery" and went to pages 10-25 as instructed and got no help there either. I went to my computer and found how to locate my battery.
