Car wont drive

By mistake i drove in third gear on a ford 2010
explorer white th ick smoke start coming out the
tail pipe i was probably driving at 6 7 rpms since i
was going 70 mls per hr. I pulled over so semthing
leaking out the bottom the back of the car has a
film of oil it looks like. Car stop smoking it starts
fine but wont move at all in any gear. Did i blow the
engine or trans or head gasket

White smoke is coolant burning. I would say the head gasket failed. It also sounds like you burned up the transmission. Your best bet is to find a used engine and transmission and install it vs paying the labor for rebuilds.
