I have a 2010 Saturn Vue with the engine keep over heating but am not loosing any fluid that I can see

Your water pump or thermostat could be broken or not working right. Sounds like a serious problem and should be addressed by a mechanic pronto. When you say overheat did any warning lights come on? My friends car startled overheating and it was a blown head gasket.
