My friend is selling at 2010 Honda Civic with 80,000 miles for $9,000. Is this reasonable?

so the vehicle was in an accident and repaired.this price is about private retail I would negotiate the details the car has as to cash price.
Ok, at 80K all this should be replaced or is near the end of its life (I don't know how deep your pockets are) so you will decide: Timing belt, all other belts and water pump/all wheel bearings/rotors & drums, pads and shoes and brake hoses/radiator hoses and heater hoses/ AC evaporator? depends on amount of damage from road debris. Is it a manual or auto if manual have a Tech (not a gas station) look at the cables under console I can keep going but all I have mentioned is about $4K if not more. Can you spare the change?
20K a year is pretty hard on an engine also are they "open highway" miles or "stop & go" city traffic? (city driving cooks your hoses belts and internal components due to the high temps) from no air flowing through radiator. Does he has ALL service invoices from dealer or not? were all the services done and oil changes every 3K miles? if not walk away my friend. It would be better to buy a 2002 with 80K than a 2010
the thing is you cant "prove" highway miles but what you can prove is if the maintenance has been done with receipts.I would go more based on engine maintenance then if someone is gonna say its "highway miles" .
My civic a 2010 exl coupe.... trade in value is $9000, with 79000 miles oil changed every 5k, brakes, tires and all fluids changed in the last year. If you maintain a civic, they last 200,000 +, my parents had a 91, they sold it to a neighbor who still drives it regularly, it now has over 250,000
