Radio, clock, and interior Lights dont work

I changed the battery in my 2003 tiburon GSR and I put the positive cable on the negative post and the negative cable on the positive post. Now my radio interior lights and clock wont work.

Sounds like you cleared the "dealer fuse", it's in the BCM (box & fuse under the dash) and it's to the upper left INSIDE the yellow cover. Pull the cover out, open the top & check the fuse inside. Lots of info on www.NewTiburon.com Charlie-III

Hello, I'm Dion... I just bought my car is first time.. Hyundai Tiburon GT 03..so I have no idea how can I turn off the yellow headlight switch is on and my car is everything is off.but when I turn the left yellow light on to go other way and I saw that is still on and I have no idea why?..thanks you for your time..

@charlie... i am having this same problem. i can pull that yellow fuse holder down a bit, but it doesn't come all the way out. i think I see the fuse inside it and tested with a multimeter and it seems dead. how do you get that fuse holder to release?
