The started is good
The battery is good
The fuses are good
But it wont turn over

Does it make any noise, clicks or anything? Could be the neutral safety switch. Try holding the brake and starting with the shifter in 'N' (instead of Park). Did it run OK last time you drove it? Are you sure the engine can be turned over (not seized up)?
