where is the horizontal adjustment for the headlights

Thre isn't one. Modern day headlights are "fixed" If they are out of alignment something is broken

Depends on year. Newer ones have adjustment screw through the hole in fender. Older ones have either only height adjustment one on the inner side of the headlight assembles, behind rubber bazel or, have additional left/right adjustment screw below the headlight. It's TORX20 bit. You have to sort of press down on bumper cover edge in the middle of the headlight, and shine light there to see it. One on the very edge of bumper is mounting screw, do not mess with that one.
