Squeaking Tyre/Wheel

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Just had brake discs and pads replaced. It now seems to making a squeaking/catching noise from the front drivers wheel. The noise speeds up the faster the car gets....any thoughts? Thanks

There's something stuck between the pad and rotor OR one of the pads was installed backwards. I've seen it done.

Thanks. Its not making the noise when i'm pressing the breaks though. Only when the car is moving. Do you think its still that?

Yes. The "contamination" is being compressed when you step on the brake. That is why there's no sound.
