check engine light goes on and off

I own a 2011 camry xle and the check engine light goes on and off whenever. I keep checking the fuel cap but everything seem ok there. I'm being told I need spark plugs and an oxygen sensor. Not sure if this is accurate, the car is running just fine.

take the car to a muffler shop most do free exaust system checks and that will either conferm the o2 sensor or rule it out
The Denso iridium Spark Plugs from the factory are good for 100,000+ miles. And a 2011 no way will need an 02 sensor. You need an OBDII scan to find out why the CEL comes on. If you buy cheap gas, it might foul the 02 sensor but not ruin it. And by cheap gas, I mean from convenience stores, always buy name-brand gas. It has detergents cheap gas doesn't. If you have 100,000 on it then you may have been advised right however.
Where do I get an OBDII scan? And thanks guys you have been very helpful !! I was afraid I'm being ripped off.
