What do i do of car wont start aftwr disconnected battry

I assume you hooked the battery back up. If so, then you should try to charge or jump the battery if it was not cranking over. If it cranked over and won't start, then check for fuel and spark. Or scan for fault codes. Makes me wonder why you disconnected the battery in the first place.
