my portable oxygen concentrator (13 volt) continies to blow the fuse in the power outet (cigerette lighter) this is 12 volt. the provider of the concentrator recommendes I use a higer voltage fuse.

NO. Don't do that. You never never put a higher amp fuse in because one blows. There are other options...run a wire with an inline fuse directly from battery to inside and put a power outlet aka cig lighter terminal on it Use an 8 or 10g wire and 40 amp in-line fuse. Mount it anywhere or tie to something with zip-ties --Fuses are rated by amperage, not voltage
