air bag deployed

the alternater caused the battery to blow up.then the air bags deployed. now the car wont start.i have replaced the alternator and the coil pack but the car still won't start.there is no spark to the spark plugs.what is the problem?

Hi rideordie493, This is probably a safety related issue. Once the airbag deploys it will not allow the vehicle to start as a safety precaution. You may very well need to have the "safety systems" initialized by either replacing the airbag (and/or steering column) or the airbag deployment module. Hope this helps!
