What could be wrong with my headlights?

Asked by Jennifer Feb 15, 2022 at 07:42 PM about the 2011 Lincoln MKX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A few days ago the headlight on the passenger side started turning  off while
driving.  I thought it needed to be replaced, but it would randomly turn back
on. Now both headlights are going off while driving and I have to turn the
switch off and back on to get them to work.

You have a bad connection somewhere , perhaps a disconnect , pull the connection and see if it's all corroded , clean it up . Could be the switch , things need to be tested .
