Oil intake problem / turbo problem

2011 Chevy Cruz 1.4 Turbo  bearing in the
turbo went bad due to lack of proper oil
changes .  Put a new dorman turbo on it ,
runs good for an hour hour and a half then
loads up the intake with oil . Car has under
50,000 miles .
