What is the problem

The garage as had it for 6hours,they said they ordered 2 parts for it , but they stil can’t tell me what’s wrong with it.please advise me what to do.

In that car "full power" is a lot of power.....something like 330 hp. Scan for codes and see what comes up. Ask them what parts they ordered and why. BMW dealerships scare me. Be sure to get an estimate before they start tearing it apart.
