I have a 330xi and it leaked out all the coolant. i fixed the piece that it is leaking from and it is still overhaeting

It could be a combination of issues. If your car was not overheating prior to the leak then you probably didn't bleed the coolant system correctly. There are pockets of air in the system. Refer to this post... http://www.e46fanatics.com/forum/showthread.php? t=689618&highlight=cooling+bleeding
