resetting computer

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Recently i was had raised my 2006 bmw 525i to check out some maintenance issues
under my car. Upon lowering car down the alarm went off & in attempt to disable alarm
the car went into total lock down mode!  Now my car wont start, I cannot use key in
ignition, trunk wont even open!  
Is there a way to reset the system?  Please HELP!
STRANDED IN GARAGE..

This is a antitheft issue and will have to be delt with by a BMW dealer,no way to reset it yourself.

Battery should have been disconnected before lifting car.

Fo1 fo2 2013 BMW 750LI change the oil hit the reset button came up okay went back into service and check the oil level on the computer still shows half quart low put eight and a half quarts in still didn't come up to full added a half a quart makes 9 still says it's a half quart low why is that
