why does my car not start?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I change my starter twice.
My fuel pump is working.
I changed my spark plugs and there is sparks.
Fuel pressure is good.
My engine isn't turning over fast enough.
Has full battery and has fuel.
When i turn the key before i start it. I can't hear the fuel pump.

change your crank sensor
