Car cranks over but does not start

I recently had to replace two water heater hoses off my BMW after
replacing them carefully putting back intake manifold throttle body fuel
injectors electrical connections vacuum lines made sure everything
was back in place went to start my car after I finished crank over but
would not start

Did you double check to make sure all of your injectors are connected? Sounds like you're not getting fuel. Check for fuel and spark. Let me know if you need assistance with how to do either of those.

Me too that same thing hapened after i replaced the heater core hose i put every thing back enough that it should at least run fpr a sec or 2 did ubever find outvwhat it was??

That won't prevent it from cranking, no. Is it the clip for the injector into the rail or the electrical connector? If it's the connector, it's not a huge deal, but you definitely want the clip for the injector to the rail to be in place to prevent leaks.
