Ripped off by BMW company
last year we bought new 2008 BMW 535. it comes with full 4 year guarantee as advertised. slick contract salesman
suggested raising guarantee from 50,000 miles to 100,000 miles, cost $2480 added to payments. when i got contract in
mail i find that NO MECHANICAL REPAIRS are covered. I immediately asked San Francico BMW cancell/refund on $2480. They
and BMW refused to cancell...a real rip off...I will no longer deal with liars and thieves....

call back one last time and demand to speak with the manager. once you being speaking with the manager discuss how you have been treated and tell him if nothing is done about it you will contact the better business bureau. that usually gets their attention. and if they dont help you then actually contact the bbb and let them know. they can help a lot.
before calling the bbb def get ahold of bmw/na 9 times out of ten they will help you more then bbb check out bimmerforums.com there are some people who work for bmw on there can give you some more insight
That's really sucks bro. If the additional $2k does not cover mechanical repair - what does it cover?
Did you ever get this fixed? I want to take these guys to court
