I've read it could be the fuse, but I don't know which fuse would be it.
Problem not fixed because it was not the fuse. There is a relay box for that most likely on your fuse panel. That relay will interrupt juice for that line and that is why it blinks and you hear tick tick because that relay goes back and forth interrupt juice on that line. Maybe a $1 or 3 out of junk yard. Much more brand new. What's in your wallet?
Left blinker turn signal light turns on but does not blink. Bulb replaced, problem not fixed.
