Why fans on 2011 Subaru outback not
coming on after 10 minutes of running

The cooling fans? If they are not coming on and the engine is not overheating then there is nothing to worry about.

Main fan and sub fan (if equipped) are typically programmed to turn on around 210°F in most vehicles.

LEIYA2008- did you have the sensors checked that turn these fans on? How many miles are on your 2011?? Or, could be an electronic problem or fuse?

FoR and Mark are correct. Once again, Grasshopper, you're probably erring in suggesting that there's a problem with either sensors or electronica. It's extremely unlikely that the ECM's internal fan switches have failed, nor BOTH fan relays.
