i put led strip lights on the front of my 2011 scion tc ,the other night my headlights went out

pray its only a headlight fuse, you may have fried the relay or wiring or light switch,not from heavy draw as led consume little but id check the wire splicing job that was done for a short to ground.

Too much draw on the relay. Replace the relay and take the other lights off of it. You will need to run them on a separate toggle switch and buy a resistor to put inline so it doesn't burn up the new switch.
