I cannot turn the ignition switch at all on my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander. FAST key will operate lock and is present in the car.

Have it towed to Dealer. It's still under warranty unless you have passed 60,000 miles

Had this occur a couple of times on my 09. After some jiggling around of the steering wheel seemed to work. Also, does it occur with both key fobs or just one? Your key battery shouldn't be dead yet but worth a check as well.
