Sounds like the brake caliper is getting frozen up, you would need to replace the brake caliper. Also the bake hoses running to the caliper do fail and restrict the back flow of the brake fluid. It would be a good idea to change that out also.

before you condemn the caliper check how freely the caliper pins move, and see if the pads are stuck on the hardware on the accessory bracket
