Head light keeps going out

One of my headlight keeps going off on my
2011 Silverado 1500 this is the 4th time this
year replacing it anyone know what the issue
could be or how to fix this ?

Probably a loose connection in the socket, replace the socket and make sure the ground wire is tight on the radiator support.

Just had the same problem recently on my Silverado 1500. I finally found a corroded ground connector on right side radiator support.
