Ignition not turning off

The car will not turn off after key is removed form
ignition.  What is the issue and how much could
this cost me?

Something like that, it would have to be diagnosed. Looking at wiring diagrams, you would have to see what else could still be feeding power to the ignition switch after the car is shut off and key pulled out. Most common thing could be the ignition switch. I suggest you take it to a mechanic/electrician and see what they tell you.
