Ford Fusion 2012 Get stucked with wrench light on

I already had 3 occurences when accelerate at low
speed, wrench light comes on and car gets stuck.
Restart car and it goes fine. Any help or
suggestions will be appreciated.

Me too. Both instances happened while ac was on. Gas pedal will fail.
