electrical problem

tried to jump start my car...not even enough juice to activate the door lock.  
seems like no in put power to getting from the remote jump location to the
battery.  is there a breaker in between?  or another cause for this?

This is a sign of a complete dead battery,you may have to replace or jump directly from the battery,not the remote post.
