I'm guessing that your "dorr agar" light does not work for drivers door either. On my 2013 T&C the latch mechanism inside the door is reponsible for sending the proper signal. It is made of plastic and may have broken. May need to be replaced. Examine it and compare it to the one on the passengers side door. If it looks and operates same....then maybe a broken wire. But I'd guess it is broken and needs replacing.
Turn off van and exit but radio stays on and courtesy lights don’t come on.
