Won't stay running

Question type: General

My 2012 Ford Edge will start but then shuts off
after only a second or two. Lights seem bright and
jumped but no luck.

Sounds as if you have a fuel delivery issue, you will need to check the fuel pressure. But before you do that change the fuel filter if you have not done it in a while.

It's either the idle air control valve, or you have a vacuum leak.

It was the MAF sensor on my Flex. Hope this helps
