whats wrong with this 2012 Dodge Avenger?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
First, got a jump for a bad battery, replaced battery. The first time started
after the ECT light was on and there is no throttle response. Any
suggestions?

alternator tested, new battery, new throttle body, and reset computer with the wires from the battery. nothing worked. so, here is my question does the pcm or the ecm, or the ecu control the power running from the battery to the sensors.

It is the ground for the sensors. Can check the throttle position sensor, IACV, MAF sensors look up line for the test procedures with voltmeter, check all fuses, & grounds, Relays, Make sure PCM ground is good, and engine block to frame grounds,
