is my 2012 dodge grand caravan still under dealer warranty

have an db II code of P0306 misfire on cylinder 6. had coil, spark plug and fuel
injector replaced and code still occurs, idles rough at park and low speeds but
runs fine at hi speeds above 20mph

The Basic factory warranty for your 2012 was 3 years or 36K miles. Corrosion and powertrain are 6 years and or 100K. So No, your vehicle is not under any warranty unless you bought an extended one. A misfire also would not be covered under the powertrain warranty, only on the basic factor warranty. Perform a cylinder pressure or leak down test on the engine to see if you have a valve issue.
